Nina Cernat to serve as acting President of Superior Council of Magistracy

Chisinau, March 16. /MOLDPRES/- Nina Cernat will serve as acting President of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) from 21 March. The decision was taken today by the CSM members.

Also today, the CSM approved the appointment of Leonid Turculeț as interim president of Cahul Court and of Victoria Railean as interim president of the Căuşeni Court.

Also, the CSM members accepted the resignation requests submitted by the magistrates Constantin Crețu from the Hâncești Court; Victor Potlog from Cimișlia Court; Serghei Gubenco from the Comrat Court of Appeal; Virgiliu Buhnaci and Anatolie Minciuna from the Chisinau Court of Appeal.
