Moldovan wrestler wins bronze medal at U23 European Championships in Bucharest

Chisinau, March 17. /MOLDPRES/- Wrestler Irina Rîngaci won the bronze medal at the Under 23 Greco-Roman Wrestling European Championship in Bucharest, Romania.
According to the National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOS), Irina competes in the 68 kg weight category.
At 55 kg, Mihaela Samoil lost in the match for the bronze medal with Elnura Mammadova of Azerbaijan.
Also at the European Championships in Bucharest, athlete Alexandrin Guțu managed to win the gold medal in the category up to 77 kilograms (U-23). For his part, Vitalie Eriomenco won the bronze medal in the category up to 63 kilograms (U-23).
