Seat of president of CNPF Board of Directors remained vacant

Chisinau, March 31 /MOLDPRES/- On Thursday, the Parliament took note of the resignation request submitted by President of the Board of Directors of the National Commission of Financial Market Cornelia Cozlovschi.

Cornelia Cozlovschi submitted her resignation on March 23, citing personal reasons.

According to the legislation, the CNPF Board of Directors is a collegial body, headed by three members: a president and two vice-presidents. They are appointed by the legislature, for a five-year term, following the speaker's proposal.
