Moldovan president attends Bucha Summit in Ukraine

Chisinau, March 31 /MOLDPRES/- President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu is today in Ukraine to attend Bucha Summit, at the invitation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski, the presidential press service has reported.

Ukrainians mark today one year since the liberation of the city of Bucea from the Russian occupation. Ukrainian forces recaptured the small towns of Bucea and Irpin located northwest of Kiev at the end of March last year, when the Russian invasion forces gave up their attempt to occupy the Ukrainian capital.

International investigators are currently gathering evidence in these cities and other localities where Ukraine claims Russian troops have committed large-scale atrocities.
