Tax authorities to monitor food warehouses in context of Easter holidays

Chisinau, April 3 /MOLDPRES/- The State Fiscal Service (SFS) will carry out compliance actions at warehouses selling food products. The monitoring takes place in the context of the Easter holidays.

According to the SFS, the purpose of the actions is to increase the level of compliance by taxpayers with the legislation. Also, by carrying out the actions, it is aimed to prevent cases of tax violations.

At the same time, consumers are urged to contribute to ensuring compliance with the provisions of the legislation by requesting the documents of origin of the goods and tax receipts when making purchases.
