Nine cities in central Moldova applied for state funding for revitalization projects

Chisinau, April 10 /MOLDPRES/- The Center Regional Development Agency (ADR) has received nine funding requests in the competition for urban development project proposals launched by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development in November 2022.

"If they are promoted for financing by the interministerial commission, which will meet next month, we will have two stairs that could become a tourist attraction, and an access road to important objectives in the cities of Anenii Noi and Rezina; two multifunctional sports centers in Soldănești and Telenești; two parks with rest areas in Călărași and Criuleni; a redeveloped access road for Ungheni residents", ADR Centre said.

After the completion of the reception of funding requests in the Competition for identification, evaluation and approval of urban development projects, economic and social revitalization of cities, proposed for financing from the National Fund for Regional and Local Development, the administrative evaluation commission was convened at ADR Centre and validated all nine funding applications.
