Moldovan parliament launches contest for office of director of National Energy Regulatory Agency

Chisinau, 12 April /MOLDPRES/ - A new public contest for the selection of the candidate for the office of director of the Administrative Board of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) has been launched. The parliament’s commission for economy, budget and finances adopted the concerned decision at meeting today.

According to the contest’s regulation, the candidate must have higher education in the technical, financial or legal sectors. He/she should have experience of work of at least ten years in one of the aforementioned fields, of which at least three years in leadership offices in public institutions or enterprises in the sectors regulated by ANRE.

The deadline for submitting files is 19 May 2023.

The Administrative Board of the National Energy Regulatory Agency is made up of five directors, who are appointed to office by the parliament on contest basis.
