National Employment Agency launched registration of employers available to participate in implementation of professional internships for unemployed

Chisinau, April 13 /MOLDPRES/- The National Employment Agency (ANOFM) has announced the start of the registration process of employers available to participate in the professional internships this year.

According to the agency, the professional internship lasts up to four months for the unemployed without seniority in the profession and for those who have not been active in the profession last two years. The internship aims to acquire practical work skills and is carried out under the contract concluded between the employer, the unemployed person and ANOFM.

Thus, the unemployed trained in the professional internship benefit from a non-taxable monthly scholarship of 35% of the average monthly salary in the economy for the previous year. At the same time, participating employers benefit throughout the internship from a monthly subsidy equal to 30% of the average monthly salary in the economy for the previous year, for each unemployed trainee.

To participate in the professional internship activity, employers have to fill out the Declaration on meeting the conditions for granting the subsidy related to the professional internship and submit to the territorial subdivision for employment the notification on the availability to participate in the activity.
