Moldovan parliament speaker invites Czech business people to further invest in Moldova

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu has met representatives of the Czech Investment Fund PPF Group’s Investment, one of the biggest in Europe, Ondřej Frydrych and Jan Ruzicka. The speaker is on a visit to Prague, to participate in the Conference of Parliament Speakers from the European Union, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.
Attending the meeting were also the managers of a Czech company, who have already businesses in Moldova, the deputy executive director of the Central European Media Enterprises (CME), Dusan Cvalek, and the president of Premier Energy for Romania and Moldova, Peter Stohr.
Igor Grosu told the interlocutors about the agenda of reforms and the principal priorities of the governance, especially the consolidation of the state’s institutions and creation of a competitive business environment.
„We make efforts to remove the bureaucracy from various sectors of the economy and speed up the reforms needed both by the foreign investors and local companies – the one of justice and of the public service,’’ the Moldovan parliament speaker noted.
Igor Grosu invited the Czech public people to invest, in continuation, in Moldova, assuring them of every openness having a sure and reliable partner in Moldova’s governance.
On 24-25 April, Speaker Igor Grosu is on a visit to the Czech Republic, where the Conference of Parliament Speakers from the European Union is held.
