Moldova's Material Reserves Agency renews stocks of food wheat

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Material Reserves Agency, subordinated to the Interior Ministry, has informed about a tender on the selection of the end beneficiaries of food wheat from the state reserves, in a quantity of 21,082,709 tons, in order to refresh with difference of time.       

Native economic agents who ask for food wheat from state reserves can participate in the tender. The food wheat will be released priority to producers of bread, bread products and grist products, and if there are no demands on behalf them, - to all economic agents demanders.    

„The wheat will be released on contract basis, with the compulsory presentation of a financial/bank guarantee, the quantum of which will the ensure the refilling of the quantity of wheat got out from the stock, at a price of 3,971 lei/ton, established by the joint commission for establishing the prices for the assets from the state and mobilization reserves, as well as of the contingency expenses worth 8 per cent from the value of the quantity released,’’ the Material Reserves Agency said.          

The deadline for submitting applications on participation in the contest is 3 May. If the stock of food wheat for release is not exhausted, the next stage will be held, on which decision-makers will inform additionally.
