Moldovan National Army receives another three armoured fighting vehicles

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ - Another three armoured fighting vehicles Piranha-3 H were delivered to the National Army today.

According to the Defence Ministry, the vehicles are part of a consignment of 19 military vehicles donated by the government of Germany in early 2023.

The fighting vehicles were received, in the context of the fulfillment of the goal of modernizing the capabilities of the National Army and based on the Arrangement signed between the Defence Ministry and the German side in October 2021. The fighting vehicles will be used in the process of training the servicemen, who are to be detached in international peacekeeping missions.

The first vehicles arrived in Moldova on 10 January, this year. The others are to reach the National Army during this year.
