Chisinau, 19 June /MOLDPRES/ - This is a decision expected by the society, as the Moldovans attach value on and want to live in a democratic state, in a rule of law state, where the criminal organizations are not protected, but hindered to seize the state. President Maia Sandu today made statements to this effect, after the Constitutional Court (CCM) had declared the Shor Political Party unconstitutional today.

According to the head of state, a political party set up out of corruption and for corruption is a danger for the state’s constitutional system and security. ‘’The state’s institutions are to analyze the considerations of CCM’s ruling and undertake the next steps for the effective observance and enforcement of this decision,’’ Maia Sandu said.

„Moldova’s citizens have always defended their freedom and demanded equal law for everybody. The Republic of Moldova must become a state which sanctions and hinders corrupt people to use the state and the public money in personal interests.
