Most residence permits for Moldovans issued in Poland

Chisinau, 22 October /MOLDPRES/- Most residence permits for Moldovans staying in EU countries were issued by Poland in 2013 (6,700), Italy (6,100) and Romania (1,900).
According to a press release by the EU statistics bureau, most residence permits issued in Poland for Moldovans were on work purposes, in Italy - for family reunion, and in Romania - for educations.
The residence permit represents any authorization valid for at least 3 months, issued by the authorities of a EU member state for a non-EU citizen, providing the right to legally remain in its territory.
