Romanian
citizens who vote at polling stations organized in Moldova may exercise the
right to vote after declaring in a written form that they have not voted and
will not vote at the ballot. Romanian Ambassador to Moldova Marius Lazurca said
that at the runoff of presidential elections, the voters would be able to download
from the internet a declaration and to fill in before coming to the polling
station, without giving and signing it, which must be done within the polling
station.
The voting
process will be held on 16 November, from 7:00 till 21:00. About 22,000
citizens voted at the first round of elections from Romania in Moldova. Lazurca
