Weather to cool in Moldova during next seven days

Chisinau, 18 November /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydro-meteorological Service has forecast a decrease in air temperature to - 7 degrees Celsius during the night for 19 – 24 November.
Rains were forecasted on 19 - 20 November, with isolated strong precipitations. Light mixed precipitations are expected locally on 21 November. For the rest of the period, no essential precipitation is expected.
Icy roads will be formed on 21 November. The wind will blow from the east, switching to north-east, with a speed of 7 - 12 m / sec on 21 November, and isolated, with intensifications of up to 15 - 20 m / sec on 20 November.
The minimal night-time air temperature will vary between +1 and +9 degrees Celsius on 19 - 20 November, and will gradually decrease from -2 and -3 degrees to -2 and -7 degrees Celsius on 21 - 25 November.
The day-time air temperature will generally vary between +5 and +11 degrees Celsius on 19 - 20 November, decreasing from 0 - +5 degrees to between -3 and +2 degrees Celsius on 21 - 25 November.
According to the State Hydro-meteorological Service's multi-annual data /1886-2013/, on this period, the highest air temperature in Chisinau was +18.8 degrees Celsius on 19 November 1966 and the lowest -13.5 degrees on 19 November 1916.
