Chisinau, 9 December /MOLDPRES/ - Twenty nine civil society organisations today launched an appeal to the future ruling coalition, thereby asking for „a deep reform of justice and a true fight against corruption."

Thus, the first requirements of the organisations towards the future government are: justice reformation and fight against corruption as the first priorities in the list of achievements, non-sharing, during political talks,  of posts in the judicial system, any office of prosecutor, positions of judges at the Constitutional Court, leadership of the National Anticorruption Centre, members of the National Integrity Commission.

The organisations’ members also request urgent adoption of the Law on prosecution and the one on financing of political parties, as well as filling the vacant positions of judges at the Constitutional Court.

„We think that a single body should be, that is to investigate corruption cases. It should be part of the Prosecution and must not be subordinated to the government or parliament, it should be autonomous in everything it does,” the head of the Juridical Resources Centre, Vladislav Gribincea, said a today news conference.

In late last week, another appeal was launched by 100 organisations of the civil society, in which they asked the party leaders, due to set up the parliamentary majority, to ensure the transparency in sharing the main positions in state.
