Moldovan Supreme Council of Magistracy accepts resignation application of judge

Chisinau, 10 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Supreme Council of Magistracy (CSM) accepted the application of resignation submitted by a judge of the Chisinau Centru (Centre) district court, Ivan Busuioc, at a meeting on 9 December.

CSM also proposed the dismissal of an examining magistrate of the Soldanesti court, Vasile Taban.

Also on 9 December, CSM proposed President Nicolae Timofti to appoint two court heads and another four people as judges, by transfer, at more courts.
