Moldovan Transport Ministry denies rumours on suspending more flights

Chisinau, 3 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Transport and Road Infrastructure Ministry denies rumours spread by the media on 2 February, as to the suspension of the Chisinau-Bucharest flight, according to a press release by the ministry.

Sixteen Chisinau-Bucharest flights will be made weekly – from two to three flights daily.

A big airplane will also ensure the flights Chisinau-Kiev. The flights are made daily by a Ukrainian operator, in partnership with a Moldovan air company.

The rumours regarding the suspending of Chisinau-Bucharest and Chisinau-Kiev flights appeared on 2 February, after the Air Moldova company had informed that it would suspend flights to these two destinations in the second half of February.
