Moldovan Liberal Democratic Party presents list of candidates for minister offices

Chisinau, 11 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) has presented its list of candidates for the minister offices of the future government. It was unanimously approved at a meeting of the party’s central political bureau today evening.

Thus, PLDM proposes that Natalia Gherman remains in the office of foreign and European integration minister and Anatol Arapu in the post of finance minister. Maia Sandu will also keep her office of education minister.

Vladimir Grosu was proposed to lead the Justice Ministry. Mircea Buga will hold the office of Health Minister and Sergiu Palihovici - the one Environment Minister. The Liberal Democrats also propose Ion Sula for the post of Agriculture and Food Industry Minister, Oleg Balan – Interior Minister and Viorel Cibotaru – Defence Minister.

Prime Minister-designate Iurie Leanca is to request the confidence vote of the parliament for the government’s action programme and full list on 12 February.
