Weather to warm in Moldova on next seven days

Chisinau, 17 February /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydro-meteorological Service has forecast a day-time air temperature of up to +8 degrees Celsius for 18–24 February.

Variable cloud is forecast for this period. No precipitation is expected, with only slight precipitation in some regions on 19-20 February.

At night, the air temperature will gradually increase from -10 and -15 degrees to 0 and -5 degrees.

During the day, the air temperature will also gradually rise rom -1 and -3 degrees on 18 February to +3 and +8 degrees by the end of the period.

According to State Hydro-meteorological Service's multi-annual data /1886-2014/ on this period, the highest air temperature in Chisinau was +13.6 degrees Celsius on 17 February 1957 and the lowest -23.5 degrees Celsius on 17 February 1967.
