Moldovan prime minister introduces new ministers to staff

Chisinau, 19 February /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici first went to the Bureau of Reintegration, where he introduced Deputy Prime Minister Victor Osipov to the staff, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
The prime minister said that, to settle the Transnistrian conflict, the government should work harder, to get the residents of the two banks of Dniester closer, within a unitary state.
Subsequently, Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici introduced new minister Christophe Stephane Bride, who also acts as deputy prime minister, at the Economics Ministry. The minister thanked for trust given and stressed that he wanted an effective collaboration with the ministry's team to continue the reforms under way.
At the Justice Ministry, employees welcomed Vladimir Grosu in his new office. Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici expressed confidence that the justice sector reforms would continue.
Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici also introduced new Interior Minister Oleg Balan to the team today. The prime minister said that it was important for people to feel safe and protected by the law, and the initiated reforms be successfully carried out.
The prime minister also went to the Constructions and Regional Development Ministry, where he introduced new minister Vasile Bitca to the employees, and minister Ion Sula at the Agriculture and Food Ministry. Both areas are very important for the development of Moldova, stressed Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici.
Today, new Environment Minister Sergiu Palihovici was also introduced to the team. "The quality of people's lives depends on this ministry, so we must carry out projects to have a cleaner environment, higher water quality, pesticide-free soil etc.", said Chiril Gaburici.
Next, the prime minister went to the Labour, Social Protection and Family Ministry, led by Ruxandra Glavan. "Let us do everything possible for people to have salaries and pensions that provide a decent living," Chiril Gaburici told the employees of this ministry.
The Health Ministry also has a new head - Mircea Buga, who was introduced to his new colleagues today by Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici. "Let us make sure that all reforms in the field be carried out, so that our citizens do not suffer", said the prime minister at the Health Ministry.
The premier also visited the Youth and Sports Ministry, where he introduced Sergei Afanasenco to the staff.
The prime minister wished success to the new ministers, noting that they managed areas which have an important role in the social and economic development of Moldova. "I assure you that you will enjoy my personal and the government's every support, to implement the actions and continue the ongoing reforms, so that the Moldovan citizens live in a safe and modern state," said the prime minister. Chiril Gaburici also thanked former ministers for their professionalism and work at the government.
The new government, led by Chiril Gaburici, was sworn in office on 18 February.
