Weather to warm up in Moldova on next seven days

Chisinau, 24 February /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydro-meteorological Service has forecast an increase of the day-time temperature up to +13 degrees Celsius on 24 February – 3 March.

Mostly cloudy sky is expected on this period. Rain is forecast for 25-26 February. No precipitation expected for the rest of the period. Fog expected in some regions.

At night, the air temperature will vary between 0 and +6 degrees.

During the day, the air temperature will oscillate, in general, between + 5 and +10 degrees and, subsequently, will increase up to +13 degrees.

According to the State Hydro-meteorological Service's multi-annual data /1886-2014/ on this period, the highest air temperature in Chisinau was +18.6 degrees Celsius on 24 February 1966 and the lowest - -20.3 degrees Celsius on 24 February 1917.
