Moldovan speaker holds phone talk with Romanian counterpart

Chisinau, 25 February /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu held a phone talk with President of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania Valeriu Stefan Zgonea today. The officials agreed to boost the bilateral cooperation as to support Moldova’s European path, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

The sides reviewed the bilateral political dialogue and agreed to enhance the cooperation ties between the parliaments of the two states, in the context of implementation of Moldova’s European and association agenda. Andrian Candu said that Moldova might significantly benefit from the taking over of expertise and good practices from the Romanian parliament when implementing the Association Agreement.
