Decisions by European top court against Moldova to be published on webpage www.agent.gov.md

Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - The decisions by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in cases against Moldova will be published on the official webpage of the Governmental Agent - www.agent.gov.md. The page was launched in Chisinau today. 

Justice Minister Vladimir Grosu has said the site of the Governmental Agent would comprise all information about the decisions issued against Moldova, their fulfilment and paying compensations. 

The government's representative at ECHR, Lilian Apostol, said the webpage of the Governmental Agent was meant to strengthen the capacities of communication and present relevant information on the work of the European Court of Human Rights and the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers. "The page will ensure not only the decision-taking transparency process, but will also allow creating a portal of communication between the Agent and public authorities," Apostol added.

According to the Justice Ministry, the webpage also contains relevant statistics data, topic-related and global analyses on issues of jurisprudence of the European Court, internal documents of the Court.
