Moldovan premier to attend Moldova-EU Association Council meeting

Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici will attend the first meeting of the Moldova-EU Association Council, due in Brussels on March 16. Tasks Moldova should follow according to the EU Association Agreement will be set during the meeting, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.

The members of the delegation that will accompany the prime minister at this event were approved at the government meeting today. Thus, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Natalia Gherman, Deputy Prime Minister, Economics Minister Stephane Bride, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Victor Osipov, Finance Minister Anatol Arapu and Justice Minister Vladimir Grosu will accompany the prime minister in Brussels.

The visit’s agenda also includes meetings with more European commissioners and representatives of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) General Headquarters.
