Lithuanian president awarded Moldova's highest state distinction

Chisinau, 16 March /MOLDPRES/ - Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti today signed a decree awarding the Order of the Republic to Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, the presidential press service has reported.
The distinction was given to Mrs Dalia Grybauskaite "as a token of deep gratitude for her special contribution to the development of the Moldovan-Lithuanian relations and for constant support of the efforts of Moldova's European integration."
