Chisinau, 25 March /MOLDPRES/ - A SYSLAB carrier excellence centre was launched within the Raut industrial park in northern Balti city on 24 March, the Economics Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

Attending the event, Deputy Prime Minister, Economics Minister Stephane Bride praised the expanding of career guidance centres and underlined that their opening at the headquarters of the already existing development institutions, such as industrial parks or business incubators, would have a significant impact on preventing manpower exodus from Moldova and reintegration of emigrants returned back home on the labour market.

„The Career Assistance Centre has a beneficent role not only to assist graduates to integrate on the labour market, but also to develop entrepreneurial abilities. The entrepreneurial training component, included in the SYSLAB programme, will help unemployed people, young graduates and emigrants develop their business capacities. We are waiting for the opening of SYSLAB Centre in Comrat too,” Bride said.

Director General of Raut Joint Venture Anatol Munteanu said that more works to improve the park’s infrastructure, such as: changing the water and sewerage systems, repairing roof and rooms for SYSLAB Centre, were carried out in 2014.

During the same period, six new residents, among whom the Electromanufacturing enterprise which produces reels and spare parts for the car industry, were registered with the Raut industrial park. The mentioned company offered 200 jobs and is to open another 300 out of the 1,500 planned jobs in 2015. The park’s management is set to implement a project on arranging the territory from the Regional Development Fund, to cover buildings from the Energy Efficiency Fund and open a business incubator in 2015.
