Seven Moldovan settlements still disconnected from power supply

Chisinau, 8 April /MOLDPRES/- Seven settlements from five districts still remain disconnected from electricity supply, after recent rains and strong wind.
Data by the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Service shows that the teams of specialists are working to reconnect settlements from Causeni, Ialoveni, Orhei, Falesti and Glodeni districts to power supply.
Rescuers have intervened in more courtyards from Chisinau and descended metal tiles at risk of falling from buildings' roofs. On 7 April, firemen evacuated water from more households of Mereni settlement, eastern Anenii Noi district, and central Hincesti town.
