Parliament ratifies German - Moldovan agreement on development cooperation

Chisinau, 9 April /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament ratified an agreement on development cooperation between the German and Moldovan governments today.

Under the agreement, the two countries will work together in fighting poverty and economic, social and environmental development. Based on this document, Moldova and Germany may sign additional international agreements on the implementation of specific projects.

The parliament also ratified an agreement between the Moldovan government and the European Patent Organisation on the validation of European patents.

The parliament also decided Moldova's accession to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment.
