Moldovan parliament dismisses magistrate

Chisinau, 9 April /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today ruled to dismiss Svetlana Filincova from the offices of deputy chair of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) and head of the Civil, Commercial and Administrative Disputed Claims College at CSJ.
The parliament took the decision after Svetlana Filincova had submitted an application of resignation. The magistrate became CSJ deputy chair in 2012.
The MPs also approved the parliament’s budget for 2015. The draft stipulates expenses of about 114 million lei. Most money will be directed to pay salaries, compulsory state social insurances, goods and services, trips on job purposes.
