Moldovan parliament confirms in office new media watchdog member

Chisinau, 30 April /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today confirmed Artur Cozma as a new member of the Audiovisual Coordination Council (CCA) in office.
Artur Cozma was selected on the basis of contest held between 6 and 21 April. He wants to be a CCA member, "to be useful to society."
The CCA members are elected for a term of six years.
Artur Cozma is 48 years old. In 2001, he was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Moldova to Israel. In 2005-2008, Cozma served as Culture and Tourism Minister.
