Chisinau, 13 May /MOLDPRES/- The Central Electoral Commission (CEC), at a 12 May meeting,  asked the electoral contenders Party of Socialists and Our Party of Moldova to provide, during three days, documents on the source of incomes they had indicated in the first financial report in the election campaign.

At the same time, CEC said the two parties were to present the list of electoral and/ or political promotion billboards, as well as copies of contracts signed with advertising agencies.

CEC took note of the reports submitted by nine electoral contenders on incomes and expenses made so far in the election campaign for the general local elections due on 14 June 2015.

The commission accredited more national observers on behalf of the Promo-LEX public association and international observers from the Italian Embassy in Moldova, to monitor the next June polls.
