Moldovan PM wants young professionals in government

Chisinau, 19 May /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici has requested responsible people within the State Chancellery to consider the opportunity to extend the area of candidates, who may benefit from scholarships abroad, in order to strengthen potential and professional competence of employees in the public sector, as well as to modernise it, the government's communication and media relations department has reported.
The premier proposed that besides representatives from public administration, the people in private and associative sector should be admitted to the competition for scholarships abroad. "Thus, we can motivate young professionals in the private sector to work in government. Only offering them certain opportunities, we will become attractive to young specialists, who can come up with ideas and new visions", Gaburici said.
In this context, the premier asked the responsible people to identify a mechanism, by which the young employees in private sector benefitting from scholarships abroad should be committed on further work in public sector for a period of at least three years.
