Chisinau, 26 May /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici demanded speeding up the publication of names and surnames of founders of legal entities in the beginning of a today cabinet meeting, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
„More than a month ago, I gave an instruction on publishing of names and surnames of founders of legal entities. Its enforcement is delayed. I received information that the publication would be illegal. My question is: how can it be illegal, if, at the same time, this information may be gotten from the state against payment? I believe that this should be legal for free as well. I think that the business environment has only to benefit and more transparency will be in this sector,” Gaburici said.
At the same time, Gaburici reiterated the request launched during an operative meeting from 25 May, on quality of drafts proposed to the government for consideration.
„The drafts, which have not been approved and have not undergone the expertise appropriately – will not be accepted for examination, unless there are all approvals, all comments from colleagues. Here, I refer inclusively to the regulatory impact analysis. The quality is very important for us," Chiril Gaburici said.
