Moldova hosts training on EU Common Security and Defence Policy

Chisinau, 1 June /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova hosts the first training course on European Union Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) on 1-5 June. The event is organised by the Foreign and European Integration Ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence and Sports of Austria, European Security and Defence College and European External Action Service. Representatives of EU and Eastern Partnership states attend the event, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.
The training’s goal is to enhance the dialogue between EU and Eastern Partnership states as to common security and defence policy.
The course’s programme focuses on familiarizing with the decision-making process in the context of carrying out the EU crisis management missions, enhanced analysis of planning, launch, management and conduct of civilian and military missions.
