New head of Teleradio-Moldova company appointed

Chisinau, 4 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Council of Observers (CO) of Teleradio-Moldova (TRM) today appointed new head of the company. It is about Olga Bordeianu, programme director at a TV station re-broadcast from Russia.
Five out of nine CO members voted for Bordeianu's candidacy. The programme of the newly-appointed head includes such priorities as: modernisation of image, sound and content of the public television by implementing "the last generation international trends".
The position of head of the company has remained vacant since December 2014. Five persons applied for the position of head of the Teleradio-Moldova National Public Broadcasting Institution, of whom one withdrew his candidacy on 3 June.
Bordeianu is 36 years old and graduated from the faculty of economic law at the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova and the Balti-based Alecu Russo University, philology faculty.
