Online map of traditional products launched in Chisinau

Chisinau, 24 September /MOLDPRES/- An online map of traditional products was launched today in Chisinau by the management of the State Agency for Intellectual Property (AGEPI). The institution announced it will also work out a mobile version of the map.

The head of the trademarks and industrial design department, Simion Levitchi, said the map is an online platform for both producers and travel agencies, as well as for ordinary people.

The map includes Moldovan products with Protected Geographical Indication, Protected Designation of Origin and Guaranteed Traditional Specialty. Here you can find detailed information about wines and cognacs from Codru, Valul lui Traian, Ciumai, Romanești and Stefan Voda, as well as Zabriceni teas and several types of honey.

AGEPI management announces that the map will be periodically filled with new products and urges producers to fill in the necessary forms.
