Moldovan interior ministry to interact more with citizens through platform of ideas

Chisinau, 25 September /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) launched today an Ideas Platform on its website. Through the platform, citizens will be able to come up with proposals to improve the activity of the institution.

MAI Secretary of State Ianuș Ierhan said that besides the citizens, the MAI employees can use this platform and can come up with proposals regarding internal policies and standards. "Through the platform, citizens who see deficiencies in the activity of the MAI can come up with proposals, and the most original and useful ideas will be awarded," said Ierhan.

To come up with proposals, interested people must initially select the MAI subdivision for which they have a message, after which they will describe the problem and the proposed solution. The ideas from the citizens will be analyzed periodically and the best ones will be implemented.

The platform was worked out by specialists from the ministry.
