15 pupils, students received Presidential scholarship

Chisinau, 27 September /MOLDPRES/- A number of 15 pupils and students from our country received Presidential scholarship. The presidential decree including the list of beneficiaries was published on 27 September in the Official Journal of Moldova.

Under the document, 10 students from universities and five pupils from technical vocational education institutions, who have achieved outstanding academic performance and participate in scientific research and social life will receive scholarships.

Scholarship for students is worth 1,385 lei, and for pupils – 1,075 lei. The document sees that the scholarships will be paid from funds provided for in the state budget.

The President Scholarship candidates were approved within the senates of the higher education institutions and the teacher councils of the post-secondary technical vocational education institutions.
