The Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry made public this data, in the context of marking the monthly breast cancer awareness event.
According to the ministry, the situation in terms of discovery of the breast cancer remains worrying for this year too; the ratio between the early phases (I+II) is of 62.6 per cent and each third woman was discovered in the phases III and IV. The specific treatment is short and the radical one is practically minimized in the early phases; thus, the results of the treatment often have a cautious forecast.

To enhance the degree of awareness among women, the authorities ruled to organize the Rose Month Campaign. During this October, a green phone line 022852137 will work at the Oncological Institute, where a breast physician will answer questions put by people calling.
