Several teachers in Moldova received President's Honor Diploma

Chisinau, 3 October /MOLDPRES/- On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, which is marked annually on 5 October, 140 teachers from all districts of the country, including Transnistria and Gagauzia, representatives of all levels of education, have been awarded the Diploma of Honor of President.

According to the presidential press service, the Diploma of Honor was awarded in appreciation of pedagogical skill in promoting quality education, competitive thinking and creativity in reforming the educational process and prodigious didactic activity.

The head of state congratulated teachers for the responsible mission of modeling people and destinies. Dodon expressed gratitude for energy, effort and love that they do every day in educating the young generation in the spirit of general human values.

The Moldovan president reiterated that this profession must be one of the best paid and appreciated in our country, and quality education must become a national priority, only so we can ensure a prosperous future of Moldova.

Dodon wished them health, inspiration and perseverance in achieving professional and personal goals.
