State Secretary of Security Council of Belarus on visit to Moldova

Chisinau, 4 October /MOLDPRES/- President Igor Dodon met with Stanislav Zasi, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, who is on a working visit to Moldova.
According to the presidential press service, the officials discussed several issues on bilateral agenda and on regional security situation.
The head of state welcomed the high level of cooperation with the Belarusian authorities, established as a result of the mutual visits of the Presidents of the two countries. The sides noted the position of security providers the two states have in the context of regional instability and the need to resolve all conflicts based on the principles of international law and multi-party consensus.
At the same time, the head of state reiterated the firm determination of the presidential institution to promote a balanced foreign policy and to develop good cooperation relations with both the East and the West, under the constitutional status of permanent neutrality.
