Euro, U.S. dollar depreciate against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 07 October /MOLDPRES/ – The European single currency (EUR) and U.S. dollar (USD) depreciate against the Moldovan leu (MDL), according to the official exchange rates set by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) for Tuesday, 08 October.
Thus, EUR costs MDL 19.43 for €1, by MDL 0.03 less than today, and USD depreciates by MDL 0.01 down the cost of MDL 17.70 for $1.
The Ukrainian hryvnia also cheapens with MDL 0.01 down to the value of MDL 0.71 for ₴1.
As it stands for the Romanian leu (RON), a quotation similar to the one registered today – it has set MDL 04.09 for L1. The price of the Russian rouble (RUB) remains unchanged, and it continues to cost MDL 0.27 for ₽1.
