Romanian minister of foreign affairs to visit Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 08 October /MOLDPRES/ – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Ramona Manescu, will pay a visit to Moldova, on Wednesday, 09 October, at the invitation of the head of Moldovan diplomacy, Nicu Popescu, the MAEIE’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported.
The issues on the agenda include topical points of bilateral agenda, including the stage of implementation of priority projects in the field of energy, telecommunications, public finances and environmental protection.
The Romanian official will also have a meeting with Moldovan Prime Minister, Maia Sandu.
The programme also includes a visit to the construction site at the Ungheni – Chisinau branch of the Iasi – Ungheni – Chisinau gas pipeline, as well as the Organ Hall.
In the context of the visit of ministers Nicu Popescu and Ramona Mănescu on the construction site of the Iasi – Ungheni – Chisinau gas pipeline, the media representatives are invited to the work site of the administrative centre: 15:45, intersection of street Mircesti with Balkan road. Later, the delegations will move to the working corridor – Lot 4 in Gratiesti commune for the inspection of works, where it is also invited mass media.
