Chisinau residents report over 500 problems via online notification platform

Chisinau, 27 January /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau residents have reported 501 problems since the beginning of the year via the online notification platform eu.chisinau.md.

Chisinau city hall said that on 1-26 January the inhabitants reported 501 problems, most complaints are related to waste disposal, sanitation of apartment buildings, rehabilitation of street lighting etc.

The municipal services have solved 75 problems, another 323 are under working, and 71 were rejected.

The local public authorities note that through the platform, the inhabitants have at their disposal a fast and efficient electronic communication service with the municipal services to find and solve urgent problems in the city. Since its launch, 5,168 complaints have been registered on the platform, of which 3,000 have been considered and settled by municipal institutions.
