Moldovan top court judge passes away

Chisinau, 27 January /MOLDPRES/ - A Constitutional Court (CCM) judge, Eduard Ababei, died at the age of 52 today.

The magistrate has been on medical for a long time. He was appointed CCM judge under a decision by the Superior Council of Magistracy from 30 June 2019.

Eduard Ababei graduated from the Law Faculty of Moldova’s State University (USM) in 1993. He was PhD in law at USM, lawyer and member of the Moldovan Lawyers’ Union (2016-2019), member of the commission for licencing the activity of notary at the Justice Ministry (2019), instructor at the National Justice Institute (2015-present)
