Decision on programme on land improvements to be published in Moldova's Official Journal

Chisinau, 28 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) from 29 January is to make public the regulation on the conditions and procedure of providing subsidies in advance for investment projects on land improvements for implementing the programme for land improvements, in order to ensure the sustainable management of the soil resources for 2021-2025.   

Under the decision, approved by the cabinet in late last year, the annual allocation of financial means for the financing of investment projects on land improvements from the programme on land improvements, in order to ensure the sustainable management of the soil resources for 2021-2025, will be carried out under the action plan on their implementation within the limits of the allocations approved through annual budgetary law each year.     

„If the financial resources planned for financing investment projects on land improvements are not turned to account till 1 October of the implementation year, they will be used in line with the regulation on the conditions, order and procedure of providing of the means of the National Fund for Development of Agriculture and Rural Development, approved under Government Decision (No 455/2017),’’ the document reads.  

The Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry is in charge of  the control over the enforcement of this decision.

The decision enters into force on the date of its publication in Moldova’s Official Journal.
