Martisor Festival concluded with musical-choreographic show by Joc band

Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/- The musical-choreographic show performed by Joc band on the stage of the National Palace Nicolae Sulac concluded yesterday evening the 55th edition of Martisor International Music Festival.

According to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, the show comprised dances and folk songs, which impressed with costumes, choreographic complexity and mastery of interpretation.

The show was broadcast by Moldova 1 TV channel and online on Facebook. It was the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Joc band, winner of several republican and international competitions.

Martisor International Music Festival 2021 took place on 1-10 March and included several online music performances organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, in collaboration with Moldova-Concert and Business Organization, Serghei Lunchevici National Philharmonic, Maria Bieșu National Opera and Ballet Theater and Organ Hall.
