Four per cent of parking places to be reserved for people with disabilities in Moldova

Chisinau, 9 April /MOLDPRES/ - Four per cent of all parking places will be reserved for the free of charge parking of people with disabilities. The parliament today approved a draft law to this effect.
The document provides for the introduction of a four-per cent quota of all parking places, but not less than two places, for the free of charge parking of the transport means for disabled persons.
The draft also proposes introduction of contravention sanctions for the non-observance by drivers of the international sign for people with disabilities on parking places.
The draft law has the goal to efficiently enhance the social inclusion of the people with disabilities.
