Moldova's representative qualified in final of Eurovision 2021

Chisinau, 21 May /MOLDPRES/- Singer Natalia Gordienko was qualified last night in the grand final of the 65th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, due on 22 May in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The first semifinal took place on 18 May.
Besides Moldova, artists from Albania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Iceland, San Marino, Switzerland, Greece and Finland were qualified.
According to the head of the Moldovan delegation, Vitalie Cojocaru, Natalia Gordienko demonstrated outstanding performance. "I was sure she would reach the final," said Vitalie Cojocaru.
This year, artists from 39 countries are participating in Eurovision. In the final will play 20 participants selected in the two semifinals, representatives of the host country and five founding countries of Eurovision - France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
The final of the Eurovision 2021 will be broadcast live on 22 May at 22.00, by Moldova1 TV channel.
